High Power Soccer
This week at our church is Soccer vacation bible school. Here's a photo at dusk last night with Devin, Konnor and Braxton in their High Power Soccer shirts.
Quarry Days 2014
I took the boys to Quarry Days this weekend in Sandstone (Braxton was covered in political stickers by the end of the parade. We don't know the candidates - but we support stickers!) Then my mom watched the boys while I attend my 20 year high school reunion!
Bounce House Party
Last weekend the realtor who helped us buy our house emailed us to tell us we won a free bounce house for the evening of "Neighborhood Night Out"! We were excited - but our neighborhood never usually does anything for NNO. So - Brock and I talked to the neighbors and invited them to an informal bounce house party. We served free lemonade & bottled water and had 17 people attend (including my sister Denise and the cousins!) It turned out to be really fun.
Adventure Day
Braxton is starting school in a few weeks & we are trying to pack in extra end of summer fun. Last week Brock took a vacation day off of work to spend an "adventure day" with Braxton. The two of them road on a bus, visited the mall of America, went out for ice cream, played video games, and then ended the evening with the bounce house party.
August Fun
We purchased the Kindergarten school supplies and pre-sharpened all of the pencils.

We've been playing a lot of 6am Mr. Potato head lately. The boys love it!
Cousins from Norway!
This week my cousin Hilde, her husband Gier, and their 3 kids Jonas, Elemine, and Fride visited from Norway. We had a very fun and very busy week. We were so blessed to see them and hear stories from Norway.
